Typography
Consistent and standardized use of typography enhances La Sierra University's identity and contributes to the legibility and usability of our communications. There are three recommended type "sets" — the Standard Set, the Design Set, and the Web Set.
The Standard Set
Utopia and Trade Gothic are the official University font families recommended for use in all print communications. If unavailable, Palatino and Helvetica may be substituted. These fonts would be most appropriate for use in University correspondence such as letters, envelope addressing, memos, etc.
The Design Set
Utopia and Trade Gothic are the official University font families recommended for use in all print communications. To order the fonts with the educational discount, please call Luis Lopez in the I.T. department at ext. 2461, and ask for the Adobe Font Folio 11 package.
